WIth 3,881 square feet, this four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home boasts a variety of spaces for family and friends. The generous kitchen opens to the family room with separate breakfast and dining areas for meals. The main level master suite features a generously-sized bath and walk-in closets. The study located on the main level can also function as a secondary bedroom with its own bath.The large covered rear porch with a fireplace showcases excellent views from the back of the house.
Three bedrooms and two baths are located upstairs. An optional bonus room above the three car garage would make a perfect studio apartment or office.

These three bedroom, Country French Cottages have been designed for Squire Creek, located in Choudrant, Louisiana. These low-maintenance homes, all feature antique brick exteriors with recycled heart pine flooring.
Open and efficient design maximizes the square footage to combine open living areas with will proportioned rooms. These energy efficient homes range in size from 1,930 to 2,400 square feet and several have expandable space upstairs; providing additional flexibility.
